CREATIVE MOTIVATION
Hungry to explore more diverse modes of engagement to keep your remote teams motivated?

As a salve for our tired brains and eyes, we facilitate experiences that offer embodied, felt ways of understanding.  This is not “Kumbiya” for corporates.  These are intelligently designed, multi-modal approaches to looking at old problems in new ways.

TOOL SAMPLE – Movement: Try taking a walk, mid-meeting, with one other team member, where you only chat on the telephone and you look for something in your neighborhood that is a representation of your desired working style (ex. ants building something cooperatively, a garden of tall poppies each standing proud, a resilient flower growing out of a sidewalk)

BRAVE INNOVATION
Excited to learn new skill sets and tools that can catalyze innovation?

Our creative methods stimulate lateral thinking that illustrate radical, new connections between team members’ ideas.  We’ve built an ever-expanding toolkit that will empower diverse teams to replicate our methods in relevant and sustainable ways.

TOOL SAMPLE – Music: Using John Lennon’s Imagine, have teams write their own original lyrics to the rhythm and tune of that song, to brainstorm possibilities for product development – IE.  For a travel company: “   Imagine there’s no lockdown, and we can all roam free…

CONFLICT NAVIGATION
Curious about better ways of working, communicating, and navigating conflict?

Our innovative approach to problem-solving will allow people to comfortably navigate uncomfortability.  Employing role play, creative writing, and other arts-based processes, we help open hearts and minds.

TOOL SAMPLE – Drama: Practice role playing, in pairs, to first demonstrate a delivery of unconstructive criticism from a superior to a team member.  Then, alter the conversation optimally.

VISION AND PURPOSE CLARIFICATION
Eager to improve clarity and alignment around your vision and purpose as an organization?

Metaphor is a powerful vehicle for new insight.  Intended to activate the right hemisphere of the brain, our thoughtfully-facilitated activities offer your organization the opportunity to explore your essence more deeply.

TOOL SAMPLE – Creative Writing: Have each team member write a haiku that reflects your organization’s values/purpose/mission, using this very simple form that allows you to effectively distill your message.  Compare poems and find common themes to then write a final collective haiku that encompasses the prevailing points.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION
Looking for creative ways to reorient your strategic direction?

Our multi-modal tools activate new neural pathways that enable teams to more imaginatively envision ways forward.

TOOL SAMPLE – Visual Art: Use the metaphor of the dinner place setting to symbolically ascertain what action items each team member has true appetite (capacity) to take on (IE. Entrée – Product Development for someone who prefers creative work; Knife – Business Development, for someone averse to sales but who knows they need to cut through it; Spoon – Social Media marketing for someone less digital savvy who only wants to do this in small doses; Napkin – Management for someone who wants to wipe off the responsibility for others, and is better at following than leading).

DIVERSE COLLABORATION
Keen to harness the superpowers of your team members to become more committed, accountable, high-performing collaborators?

Understanding that we each best perform, learn, and express ourselves in particular ways, we find multiple points of entry for your team members to contribute their best selves to your collective objectives.

TOOL SAMPLE – Storytelling: Using Jungian archetypes (Ruler, Joker, Creator, Rebel, etc.) have team members align with a specific personality type, and then work in groups to problem-solve, in an archetypical way, as they pretend to be stranded in their office with 10 objects they have to use as they collectively imagine their escape plan.
